rinku   I am 183 cm,120 kg,18 yrs old, what exercises should I do mostly in the gym? What should be my diet plan? I want a figure like randy orton. So plz advise me. - 4/25/2013 7:08:35 AM

Stephen   I am 15, 5'0 and 87 lbs. BOOOYAH! - 1/17/2013 1:29:29 PM

Cissy   Cissy If you reach your ideal weight and feel good that should be good enought. I am 5'10" I would like to be size 8-10. how much i weigh is not as important as looking good in my perfect size. - 7/18/2012 10:36:45 AM

paul   at 5'9" i should be 156 pounds, not with my muscular build. 175-180 maybe but 156???? should also ask what type of build a person has - 2/2/2012 7:05:57 AM

Kate   It amuses me that some people are saying the calculator is saying they are too heavy, and some saying they are too light. I guess it just goes to show that everyone really is different! The figure that the calculator has put me at is lighter than when I was already skinny teen and had then lost weight through a severe case of glandular fever - I was honestly all skin & bones and I wouldn't ever want to be that thin again - but I know my sister-in-law is only 2lb over that weight and it looks fine on her. Comparing pictures - even though we are exactly the same height she looks healthy at that weight and I looked gaunt. I also think that for a more accurate result, a calculator really should take into account your age and frame size, as I'm not sure that a 14 year old should be aiming to weigh the same as a 30 year old or a 70 year old? - 8/30/2011 5:30:54 AM

Roger   This is 100% correct. The trouble with today's people is that people think normal looks too skinny or unhealthy! Overweight and chubby seems to have become the norm for which of course it is not. I am 180cm tall. When I told people I wanted to drop from 90kg to 70kg, they thought I was crazy. Now I am 72kg.. and I have never felt or looked better in my life. Think about your health. Don't be in denial. - 11/26/2010 2:54:39 PM

janet   Here the deal, I use to weigh 116 at 18 years old at 5'2", now I'm overweight to 167. However my doctor told me that being 38 years old, you should add 20 lbs to the bmi weight so you don't look unheathly. So my goal weight will is 135 and I will achieve my goal. - 9/14/2010 6:13:20 AM

Mandy   Marie, me too :) - 8/16/2010 6:15:40 PM

Mandy   Vimala, if you have muscles that adds on weight. being 125 could be if its mostly muscle and not just fat. - 8/16/2010 6:14:49 PM

Vimala   No, this is not right at all. I am 5'5". When I weight between 110 and 115, I feel good. When I weight 120 and more, I feel bloated and flabby and fat hangs out from my midriff. 125 will definitely be too much. I am now 120 and need to get back down to 110-115. - 7/7/2010 4:36:19 PM

Tam   I get that I am short, but 86lbs is the ideal weight for me!!! Do I want to look like I am dying, I think not. This tool is useless!! - 4/11/2010 6:50:07 AM

tina   If I weighed 116 pounds, I would look like I was nearing death!! - 3/29/2010 8:04:39 AM

Marie   I'm 5' 6' and 132 lbs. :) - 1/7/2010 11:17:57 AM

rachel jernstrom   this comment goes to KIT; just wanna say, yes 108 is insane, i body build and lift, all those things, all day every day, and i USED to weight 167, now i am 121, and the ideal weight for ppl like u and me just over or at 5ft is around 123 to 125, so if u took all of your muscle OUT of the equation, then yes, 120 lbs IS perfect for you, hope i helped a little :) - 12/9/2009 8:49:57 PM

Chuck   This is bs. I am 6'4" at 225lbs. They want me at 191lbs. That's the size of my third leg. OK OK with my left leg added on. - 4/30/2009 7:05:21 PM

Meg   I dont think this is very accurate. Im 5'5" and it says i should weight 127. I dont believe i am 20 pounds underweight. - 3/7/2009 7:23:48 PM

Shelley   Something's wrong... I'm 56, and 5'9" I'm very thin at 160... this says I should be 142... I was that before 4 kids 30 yrs ago! - 2/26/2009 6:02:39 PM

Kit   I think this is a good idea, but me being 5'0 and it saying I should weigh 108 is a little crazy. I'm an athlete so at certian times I gain muscle weight. If I have a medium frame and I work out daily, would 120 be a reasonable weight? - 12/14/2008 12:38:29 PM

Vardenafil   The site very professional! Keep up the good work! Oh yes, one extra comment - maybe you could add more pictures too! So, good luck to your team! - 11/18/2008 4:27:11 PM

Polita   At my thinnest, I weighed 70kg, and that was while I was still at school! There is no way I could be 64 kilograms, and be healthy, according to your calculations. I'm guessing that you did not take build and frame into account? Some people have bigger bone structures than others, so even if they are the same height, their weight will differ. - 11/15/2008 10:49:26 AM
